StreamReach Media, a DBA of Tadgh Inc. ("StreamReach," "we," "us") provides Connected TV advertising services and campaign performance reporting to its business clients. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Client business information. Contact details (name, email, phone, business address) that our advertising clients provide to us in the course of doing business.
• Advertising performance data. Aggregated campaign delivery and performance metrics (such as impressions, household reach, frequency, video completions, clicks, and conversion counts) provided by advertising platforms, including the Amazon Ads API, for campaigns we manage on behalf of our clients. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual viewers.
• Website usage. Our reporting portal uses only the technical information necessary to serve pages. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How we use information

• To plan, run, and optimize advertising campaigns for our clients.
• To prepare and deliver campaign performance reports and dashboards to the client whose campaign the data belongs to.
• To communicate with clients about their campaigns and our services.
• To comply with legal obligations and the policies of the advertising platforms we work with, including the Amazon Ads API data protection requirements.

How we handle advertising platform data

Data retrieved through advertising platform APIs (including the Amazon Ads API) is used solely to provide reporting and campaign management for the specific client account it relates to. We do not sell this data, use it to build audience profiles, combine it across unrelated advertisers, or retain it beyond what is needed to provide our services. Access is limited to authorized StreamReach personnel and systems.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with (a) the client to whom it belongs, (b) service providers who help us operate (such as web hosting), under confidentiality obligations, and (c) authorities when required by law.

Security and retention

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law or platform policy.

Your choices

Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their business information at any time by contacting us. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; contact us to exercise them.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
